New and Improved Group Fitness Classes

Starting July 9th, there will be new group fitness classes available to our members. Come and check them out!

Mat Strength- 4pm-5pm on Tuesdays

Looking for a quick and effective full body workout? Look no further! We have added the perfect low impact, cardio/strength class:

Barre Express- 5pm-5:30pm on Tuesdays

This low impact class will sculpt every muscle head to toe with the use of light weights, bands, gliders and more. We will get your heart rate up and the calorie burn even higher. Join us for this Ballet/Pilates inspired class fused with traditional functional training.

Deep Stretch- 12:30-1pm on Fridays

Show your body some love and allow your muscles to relax, lengthen, and even strengthen. Improve joint mobility and strength, blood circulation, and set yourself up for better sleep over the weekend!

Bike Beats- 11:30-12 on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Looking for a heart pounding, muscle strengthening, music driven work out? Look no further! Bike beats has it all. Jam out to your favorite songs and ride to the rhythm. Through the use of body weight, the bike, and bands you will crush your workout and have fun all at the same time. You don’t want to miss this party! All levels welcome.
