Kansas State Doubles Racquetball Shootout

Join us on Saturday, August 18 for a one day racquetball shootout. The Kansas State Doubles is open to anyone and there are options for singles and doubles! This will be an annual event and we are expecting to make this a HUGE event and celebrate Kansas Racquetball. Starting July 9th, there will be new group fitness classes available to our members. Come and check them out! Mat Strength- 4pm-5pm on Tuesdays Looking for a quick and effective full body workout? Look no further! We have added the perfect low impact, cardio/strength class: Barre Express- 5pm-5:30pm on Tuesdays This low impact class will sculpt every muscle head to toe with the use of light weights, bands, gliders and more. The Athletic Club of Overland Park welcomes The Kansas Table Tennis Center who will be holding a 2-start USATT sanctioned tournament May 19-20! Today, May 15, is the last day to enter. Late entries may be accepted at the director’s discretion, space permitting. There are many different events for all levels of play. Matches will be the best 3 of 5 games and played to 11 points. Welcoming Joe Windham!

The Athletic Club of Overland Park welcomes Joe Windham as a table tennis pro! Joe is a former nationally ranked junior and men’s competitor.  Although from Kansas City originally, Joe lived in Durham, NC in 2016 and 2017, where he worked as a pro at the nationally acclaimed table tennis center, Triangle Table Tennis. Joe offers lessons to recreational ping pong enthusiasts and competitive table tennis players of all ages.  Joe believes that professional instruction helps players (kids, adults, and seniors) get more fun, exercise, and value from their game and sport.
