Handball is a fast-paced, competitive game in which both hands and fists may be used to hit and serve the ball. The object of the game is to win each rally by serving or returning the ball so the opponent is unable to keep the ball in play. A rally is won when one player is unable to return the opponent's shot to the front wall before it touches the floor twice or when a player returns the ball so that it hits the floor before striking the front wall. Handball is played with two to four people.

Squash is very similar to racquetball. The primary differences are that the squash ball is not as lively, the racquet has a longer, thinner neck and certain parts of the court are not in play. Like racquetball and handball, squash is a great cardiovascular workout which improves agility, speed and muscular endurance.
